The following 5 sections then take you through different aspects of the body, all of them relating to soft tissue performance. You finish with technique focused 'Exercises and Stretches' which guides you through the whats, whys, and hows, but with transferable principles to adapt for anything and everything you do and want to do!
You must complete each section by answering a few questions and completing at least one task to ensure you remember the discussed material and thus are getting the best value for your money. Only once they have been ticked can you open the next one.
