Kim has extensive experience working in private clinic, for sports teams, and within Multi Disciplinary Teams. Kim takes a Multi Disciplinary Team approach to all her work, both sport and clinic, referring clients when and where necessary to ensure the athlete or client gets the best treatment possible, whether it be rehabilitation, resolving pain symptoms, or increasing performance input and output.

Kim is a BTEC L.5 SRMT Performance Soft Tissue Therapist, specialising in Hypermobility and Breathing Dysfunctions. However, Kim is interested in all things human body and medical, she herself has tested postive for Myasthenia Gravis and consistent learning increases the understanding of Performance. Areas of research include: Acetylcholine, ECM, fascia, endocrine, renal, SERT vs Cortisol, CNS and PNS, Soft Tissue, Diaphragm dys/function, Anatomy Trains, HPA-axis, EPO production, GI Tract and much more. Medical conditions include Myasthenia Gravis, Haemochromatosis, CAH, Hypermobility, Breathing Dysfunctions, Chronic Migraines, Stress, Mental Health, IBS, Acid Reflux, Cystic Fibrosis, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Autism, Functional Neurological Disorder, and many more.
